Policies & Procedures
  • 1 week minimum stay required
  • Stays less than one week may be granted upon request.
  • Sleeps 2 people.
  • Check-IN after 2:00 PM <> Check-OUT by 12:00 Noon
    – Special arrangements for late check in/out can be arranged with prior authorization from Owner.
  • Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards accepted or certified funds.
  • Security Deposit equal to 50% of reservation. Balance due charged 45 days prior to arrival
  • Cancellations:  Reservations will require a 50% deposit of the total charges and must be cancelled within 45 days of the reservation for a full refund less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 45 days will be charged the full stay unless re-rented
  • Security Deposits:  will be refunded to resident within 10 days after premises have been vacated
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
  • Sorry, no weddings or receptions.
  • PETS:  NO PETS ALLOWED ON PREMISES
  • NOISE:  Resident agrees not to cause or allow any noise or activity on the premises which might disturb the peace and quiet of neighbor.
  • INSURANCE:  Resident acknowledges that owners insurance does not cover personal property damage caused by fire, theft, rain war, acts of God, acts of others, and/or any other cause, not shall be held liable for such losses.
  • RIGHT OF ENTRY and INSPECTION:  Owner may enter, inspect, and/or repaid the premises at any time in case of emergency.
